Pick up and drop off was very easy. This was one of the most stress less vehicle rentals I have ever done. Everyone was extremely nice and treated my daughter's and I with the utmost respect. The car was perfect, super clean and was very nice. All around and excellent experience and I can't thank you guys at Avis enough! The woman that processed our reservation at the desk was absolutely wonderful! Great personality and very helpful! Please thank her for us!

I was wonderful that I was in need of a vehicle, an one was available. It was decently fast an I was on my way. I have used Avis car rental 6 times now. I will definitely be using it again. The only problem I did not like or understand about my last rental. Was the price. It coasted me double the amount it coasted me for a 5 day rental, an I only had the car for 2 day rental. An like I said the price was outrageous being double the price for only 2 days.
Not enough people to help you
Great customer service at both pick up and drop off. The car was immaculate and the gas tank was full. I stated that I was driving through a snowy pass and the customer service rep at the desk made sure I had an all wheel drive vehicle. I will definitely rent a car with Avis/Budget again!
