First time using them. I decided to take a chance because I liked the website and I wanted to try a German owned company. Easy to book on line. Good company with good people working with them. Everyone we met was helpful and very kind and courteous. The car was good except the seats very uncomfortable! Only reason they received 4 instead of 5 stars because they are very difficult to reach by phone.

My husband had reserved a car for our trip in advance to get a good rate. The day before the trip he had to cancel his flt but I was continuing on the trip. He called the night before to put the car in my name as he was not able to come (same last name, insurance, address...). They would not do it. This is not like changing a flight reservation to another name...it’s a car with the same info, just switched to spouse as driver. We had to do a whole new reservation at that days rate which was higher. Nothing was given as a viable reason why they couldn’t change it to my name. Just their policy. Please take a look at this policy as it could be a deal breaker for me in the future.nThe service when I got to the car rental area (after these changes were made) was terrific. Very good service and got me into a good car! He even noticed it was my birthday and gave a free upgrade. That part was nice!

I love Sixt rent a car, but I love it even more now . Tyson Anyan and his team created an incredible week of car rental b/c they took care of me even more just because of a small glitch in their system. Honestly, I wasn't in a huge hurry, but they immediately responded to my call and rushed out and gave me an even better car than I expected. It was a very fun 5 or so days and also, Sixt is so much more affordable than its competitors. Sometimes, I don't know how they deliver as much value. I almost don't want to post this because I know the secret will get out. However, Tyson and his team deserves this accolade. Thanks for making my week back home so much better!

Good clean car. Arrived early, was hoping to get a Merc but received a Volvo V60. It was brand new only had 5K miles on it. Super impressed with the car. The car seat we requested was very clean. Return was hassle free. I got my deposit back very quickly. Overall I would recommend this location.nTip: the Volvo’s in their fleet are brand new. Ask for a Volvo.

Very happy with the rental experience. Had a long term, 30 rental. Got a better make and model than expected, and the process was smooth upon pick up and drop off. Priced below most other vendors so great value. I would definitely use again.
