I needed a rental car while my vehicle was in the shop. Zach and his team had the 2020 Jeep waiting for me at the repair shop. Friendly service and a great vehicle. They were understanding of my situation and went out of their way to make things right. Definitely will rent from them again when I need a vehicle.

I been renting from enterprise almost every month. I have never had this happen to me. I was on my way for Labor Day weekend. Along my journey I lost my key car. I was stuck in Salt Lake City. Well this is how you know if enterprise will take care of you. I was on the phone for hours trying to get a new rental and what a let down With the review how great customer service was not close to be great. I was in tears knowing that you are on your own. I had to find hotel and Uber in 100 degree heat. Finally I had to call Enterprise where I rent the car from. She help me to get hold with head office to get a new car. I gave her 5 star to make me connection with head office. Being a customer who spent thousand of dollar in car rental feeling disappointed I had to pay hotel food Uber and I ended up not continue my road trip. When I return back to Seattle And until today I have not received a call or at least call and asked if I made it alright. The sad part to this experience great customer service in the store but not when you need help the most. I am not sure if I ever used Enterprise again.

This was my second time renting with enterprise. Very friendly and helpful staff which made my experience with enterprise a good one. I had left my home keys in my rental car I had turned in at the S. Padre Island Dr. location in Corpus Cristi TX. and the manager Charles went out of his way to take my keys to fed ex and payed to have them shipped back to me in Washington state. Charles and his branch location are a wonderful example of what great customer service is. I thank God for them all. Thank you Charles very much.nDavid & Sun Vines
