Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Hands down one of my favorite places to rent. Great customer service, very pleasant and accommodating. Not to mention I normally get in and out in a reasonable time. I love this place and the staff!

They are more concerned with walking around the vehicle for damage then the actually cleanliness of the car. Apparently damage is more important than safety. The 1st truck I brought back because it was half cleaned, streaks on all the windows, and smelled horrible (through a mask) go figure! The Hyundai was no better, smelled musty, and was also half way cleaned. They provide a clorox wipe. Clean it yourself huh? How am I suppose to be able to see with poorly washed windows? I don't keep my car in this condition, So why would I want to drive a rental like this? I would no way pay any of my money unless I'm satisfied, so I let Liberty Mutual know of my dissatisfaction.nn**Manager,nMaybe you should ask when calling a customer about a rental.. is he/she a health care worker. We are obsessed with cleanliness. It is still covid.

Watch out for these guys! They do a very cursory inspection of the car when you rent and of course no issues get noted on the contract. When you bring it back they have 2 people using magnifying glasses inspect it, so they can find an issue to charge you about. Never seen anything like this done elsewhere. Definately will be filming car before I drive off the lot to combat their propensity to make issues of dings/scratches they missed renting you the car.

Joseph Prati is The Man!! The very morning I needed a van upgrade for a 2 week trip, Ford recalled all their van inventory nationwide! Joseph was still able to take care of us. I am so grateful!! The staff at this location are always helpful and courteous but Joseph went above and beyond for us. Thank you, Joseph!! He has a nice smile also!

My insurance company allows me a free rental car. Go to pick up the car this morning and lady Anastashia (may have spelled wrong my apologies), tried to charge me taxes of .94 or .97 cents per day! Which would have made me to pay at least maybe $10 depending on how long my vehicle would in the shop. AWWWW HELL NAW, y'all got the right one with me. She tried to spin in on COVID. Girl Bye, COVID AINT got nothing to do with taxes!! Please read the tablet that they have you to sign. She said that she would speak with her manager, to remove it. She removed it right then and there and I signed the tablet. Trust and believe I read every single word at ALL TIMES!! BE AWARE THAT ENTERPRISE WILL TRY TO NICKLE AND DIME US
