Hertz Car Rental

I totally agree with the last reviewer. The staff at this location were completely unknowledgeable and unhelpful, to the point that I cancelled my reservation before even getting the car and opted to use another service.nnI had trouble changing my reservation online so I called the location and spoke to a woman, Darlene(?), who said I could extend my reservation by calling a 1-800 number. I called that number 4 times with no luck of speaking with a real person, so I called back the Rockville location and spoke with the manager, Mike. I have never spoken to a more unhelpful manager!nnHe had no idea how I could get in touch with a person through the Reservations line, could not help me cancel my reservation without fees (even after having all of this trouble), and also could not even tell me an email or other method to get in contact with customer service. Really disappointing coming from the manager, but it didn't seem like he cared. After all this, he couldn't even waive the cancellation fee for me - I had to go seek out customer service on my own. Really pathetic business, so glad I am spending my money elsewhere.

Amazing customer service! The manager Alexis, is honestly one of the sweetest and most helpful people ever. She was absolutely fantastic with helping me get a rental car and answering all my questions when I called with some minor car trouble. She's the best!

One of the best rental companies and the staff is very organized and treats you with respect. I would definitely recommend people going to this place.

I am very dessapointed from this Hertz location, the vehicle was dirty and cigarette ashes everywhere. The vehicle was park in front in the rental office when I got there and then, one of the rental personal removed his belongings from the vehicle and he said: he will take the vehicle to sanitized again.... 10 minutes later, same dirty vehicle with cigarette ashes everywhere and bad odor inside.nI wouldn't recommend this location.

Good people, cars cost to much, to my way of thinking.
