I don't care what rental company my auto insurance uses, I will NEVER do business with Enterprise again. If I'm covered under my policy for a rental, return my ALL of my deposit. If my card was charged $118 for a deposit. I want $118 Back. Do not keep any of my money. It has been a nightmare dealing with this situation, only for no receipt and $38.36 missing from my deposit. I'm not going to stop until all my money is returned. The truck was returned on time, clean, and gas over full.

The customer service is excellent at this location. The young man who helped me greeted me and was very helpful. I had to exchange my vehicle and he remembered me and provided fast and easy service. I recommend this location to anyone.

This location was so pleasant and easy to work with! I had a reservation through insurance, and from confirmation call to return, Severine and Jake were the best. Their quick service and the cleanliness of this location was so appreciated during this time. The car they put me in was a new model and it had Android Carplay and backup camera, which were really convenient nice-to-haves. It was super clean and gassed up. When I brought the rental back, Severine remembered me and was really awesome to work with, and Jake was kind enough to give me a ride to my autobody shop. Thanks all for making a necessary experience so quick and easy!

There great. This the only place I rent cars from. My homegirl works there & she introduced my into favorite Aromatherapy Eucalyptus Tea Body Lotion. Now That's a nice memory to have. Everone so nice & professional. My visits are soooooo pleasant. I enjoy the experience everytime. Oh & their rental prices are awesome. Thank You!
