It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were transferring my mom from a hospital in Georgia to a hospice facility in Florida. The medical team was excellent and my mom as comfortable as possible. We are so glad we chose coast to coast transportation.

We have NEVER been treated as good as we were by this company. From the office personnel to the drivers that transported us. My husband is bed bound but wanted so much to be able to go to his sister's funeral (150 miles away). This company sent their medical transport RV for us and we traveled in complete comfort and style. There was room for both our daughter and me to join my husband. The drivers treated us like family and even took the time to meet and talk with our family, at the funeral. We had family members hugging them goodbye and commenting, to us, how wonderful these people are and how glad they were to meet them. They were a blessing to us. Whether you need a short transport or a long distance one...a standard ambulance or an RV (we have had occasion to use both now) I cannot recommend this company highly enough. You will be in the best of hands, I have no doubt! They go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and safety.

CTC was an excellent service to work with during the return of evacuee patients. I greatly appreciated their eagerness to help when contacted last minute, on top of last minute changes. Thank you again!

They never showed up on the first day. Was told it was a mix up in the scheduling. Then later was told that someone told them not to come pick up my dad. The drivers did not know where they were even taking my dad. Seemed to me they did not have their act together. One of the transporters got an attitude when I asked politely to help get my dad back in the bed. My dad has brain cancer. The most aggressive tumor there is. There was no reason for the transporter to shrug her shoulders, huff, and roll her head at me when I asked for help. So far, not a good experience with this service!

Great Customer Service. My dad had a stroke in Jacksonville Florida, we had to get him back to Nashville. It is difficult enough to have loved one in need of transportation while incapacitated. Dealing with Coast to Coast was a pleasure. I felt like I was being treated as family. Very refreshing. Thank you so much for your compassion towards my family.
