It took forever to get the car with a reservation, really 2 hours. Then we were 2 days late turning it in thank we thought, never got a phone call, nothing. Was also charged a $300 deposit and not pre-notified about it before picking up the car. Of course they took the deposit right away, will take too to 2 weeks to go back on the card Minus the $176 for me 2 extra days they let it run.

This location has been an absolute waste. I had a corporate reservation, which they couldn't find. I then made a personal reservation at 1230, for a 100 pickup. And they confirmed. They called at 1253 saying the were incorrect and the car wasn't available for pickup.nnComplete fiasco. Best of luck.

Spent almost 2 hours sitting and waiting for a rental that was arranged by usaa insurance. Two employees working on site. We sat at the front lobby for 20 minutes with no one inside. They were both outback. Would not recommend this location if it was the last rental car agency in the world. Would give a 0 atar rating if i could

Very disappointed. For my trip home for the Thanksgiving holiday, I placed reservations weeks in advance for a full size rental car to get around town. When contacted of a three hour wait for a car that had made reservations for did not make since to me. While at the car rental, my name was added to a waiting list of customers who were also waiting for rental cars. The rental location did not have any rentals in the parking lot. I was informed another car rental chain had a mini van that I could get. I visited that location to learn that the van was an over sized 15 passenger van. Then I was offered another van that was sitting in the parking lot. The vehicle was dirty from the previous customer, and it only had half a tank of gas. The representatives were nice, and patient. Businesses should not The accept requests if the orders cannot be filled. From this experience, I will not use this chain of rental cars in the future.

Customer service was excellent. The car was ready on time. The car ran perfectly and was exactly what I ordered. The return took just minutes. I highly recommend them.
