I have used Automax Rent A Car in Rome, Ga for at least 10 years now. Every vacation where my family has had to travel, we call them (at least once a year). Best prices, best service, and the friendliest people you would ever want to talk to and meet. I totally recommend them. Cars are clean and are cared for well. I have rented cars and vans. Best place EVER!!!!

Huge shout out to Automax. My personal work truck blew turbo gasket on the way out of town with a trailer full of equipment in tow and I was 20 minutes from town. With a crew in my truck and my other crew(and truck) on the job an hour away, I called Automax. Within 40 minutes they not only showed up with a heavy duty truck, but had the paperwork and a second car behind them to shuttle their 1st driver back to their store do I didn’t have to waste all that time taking them back to the store while my crew sat on the side of the road on the clock. Within one hour of breaking down, I was back on the road with my crew and equipment headed to the job. Invaluable. No other rental store in town provides that type of service. No other rental company in town has heavy duty trucks. No other rental company allows you to tow with their vehicle.

They was nice to me and waited me after I had to fuss with my insurance co my insurance company was being a pain and I have full coverage insurance. the manager took the phone and deal with it his self because the insurance person was being mean to me and then I got the car
