Benny and the Team always go above and beyond to accommodate me whenever I'm in need of a rental. I highly recommend that you rent from this location. Great Staff, Great Service and a Wonderful selection of vehicles to choose from!

My experience at first started out quite well at first. It was at the end of the rental that I was confronted with circumstances that I was not aware of at the beginning of the rental that was not fully explained to me. I was to have received calls in relations to events that I did not received. The customer care service representative that reached out to me at the end of my contract informed me of the situation. Her name was Hannah. She was very friendly, respectful, and professional . She listened to my side of situation and took responsibility for the mishap and pledged to make things right. This is a superb performance of customer service. I am very happy to have worked with Hannah to resolve the situation. Enterprise need more employees like her.

I expected a Camry, but they switched to a Charger at the last minute. It’s a gas guzzler and the gadgets are in unusual places. (Gas cover release is low and toward the back on the door panel.) I was not shown how to use the heater/defrost and had to look it up in the owner’s manual. (It’s controlled through a small icon among 7 icons at the bottom of the screen). Also, the windshield was very dirty and difficult to see through, especially when fogging up. However, when I complained, they apologized and quickly offered an agreeable compensation. In the end, it all turned out OK.

I don't appreciate being charged for a full extra day of renting a vehicle when I was instructed to return the car on a Sunday to a CLOSED store and therefore kept it overnight and returned the car at 1pm on the following business day. Enterprise has a dropbox to leave the key in and return the car, which would have made sense, but the email telling me to drop the car off had a different location on it, thus leaving me confused as to which location to leave the car at on Sunday. Why would you verbally instruct me to drop off the car at one location, then say a different location in an email and expect me to know where to leave the car? I brought the vehicle to you as soon as possible on Monday, rather than risk leaving it at the wrong store location, and would have more than gladly left it with you on Sunday as instructed if your instructions were consistent. The car was great, but the experience was a frustrating waste of money overall.

I am definitely thankful for your service! Your service was remarkable! The jeep that I rented from you was very useful for me. I was able to drive to work. The employers made sure they contacted my insurance company when I needed extra time with the rental. They are very professional!!
