The Lyft team is severely understaffed but the always do their best to help out their drivers. Very honest and hardworking people here.
Don’t bother making an appointment.. even though the process says you should. It’s a profound waste of time. You’ll be here for at least an hour and a half. They pay the rental drivers 10% less than regular drivers and if you have an accident, you’ll definitely lost your deposit and likely more. Don’t do it.
Was assisting another person to get a Lyft Express and it was bad experience die to some of the cars in bad condition and had to wait over three hours to get the car. Terrible customer service!!!!
While the staff is nice, unless you can drive 40 hours a week, this is a horrible, expensive way to get a Lyft car.nAnd you are at the mercy of their schedule, not yours.nRun away! Run away!
Lyft is the scammer here, but I will say the staff is more than amazing and always a pleasure to work with.
