Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We had to get a rental.today. Had my Mom's car in shop and a big fix and big bucks !! A trying day for us both ! JT and his crew were the nicest, kindest sweet young men who made our day a little brighter ! They worked with us to get a car we could drive and listened without rushing my Mom to how crazy our day had been. Kudos to this Enterprise location ! Thank you all !

Great customer service but... if you rent a car here, make sure you take a photo of your rental all around! They accused me for a damage that was there previously... It would have been ~$400 damage repair but the claim was closed b/c I was able to prove to them that I had taken a photo right when I got home and it shows the “damage” they accused I caused. Anyway, great people here it just sucks that one mistake from someone gave me such a headache of an experience.

JT the Manager was the most disrespectful employee of Enterprise Rental I have ever dealt with! I rent vehicles all through out the year in different states weekly and have never been treated this bad! I guess its time to take my 10K dollar a year business elsewhere, if Enterprise continues to employee this individual!

LaKai did an AMAZING job helping us out! We had several obstacles to jump through and he did a phenomenal job! Had a wonderful experience today at this Enterprise!

It definitely had it moments the first time I went the car they gave me was terrible so much so that I turned around to return it because the tires sounded so loud I thought they were gonna blow out. The second car wasn’t that great either but the customer service was wonderful.nThe second time I went the manager made sure to give me a better car held it for me and everything. Excellent customer service going out ... Returning was a different story I had parked the car overnight because I wanted to personally return the car to switch payment and tell the manager thank you but before I got there I was called by Zachary and he just about interrogated me about why I haven’t turned In the keys, stated that the car needed to be moved and that the 3rd party that that I made the reservation through called concerned about the car. I called the third party and they stated the did no such thing. So Zachary lied! When I arrived I was greeted as soon as I got out the car she took the keys and told me she would meet me inside I tried to explain that I needed to switch payment she said okay. When she came inside she told me I was good and I would get a invoice! What? Invoice? Why? Oh we can’t change it so they will bill you and picked up the phone and had a whole other conversation with another customer I was left standing there with no other explanation. I asked another rep if the asst. manager was in she said no so I left . The customer service is great if there aren’t busy god help you if they are! Be sure to inspect the car before going to far!
