If you need to rent a car, truck, or van This Is A Great Place to rent from. Friendly staff members like Betty helped me rent my first car in a long time.They gave me fare pricing for a one week rental. The 2019 Ford Fiesta ST Line was a fun and sporty car that got me where I needed to go for the week. I recommend calling At Least a Day or Two Ahead of time to make sure they can have a vehicle for you. If it's a same day urgent need give them some time , as they usually have to bring it up from the Atl.airport. As for the truck's and van's they usually have most in stock. Make sure and ask about any documents or paperwork you might need for the rental process. This Is A Great Place.
Extremely unsatisfactory experience. Was notified an hour before my pickup that they did not have a truck for me that I reserved weeks prior. Was told they would contact me and that they we’re looking to get one from another location. Never got a call back and had to call the corporate customer service number. Said I would get a call between 15 minutes and 2 hours but never got a call. Called to cancel my reservation because I was moving the next day and had to find a truck and was able to get 2 calls to confirm my cancellation. U-Haul was great.
A hidden gem with great staff! Debbie is amazing and a real hoot...we got 5 star service and will rent from these folks from now on!!ud83dudc97
