Poor customer service! DON’T rent from this location. We received the car three-quarter in the gas tank before we left on our trip. I had filled it up to the exact same amount in tank when I returned it. Few minutes later, I get an email saying I got charged for the full amount of gas in the tank. So I called the location and the guy that picked up said he couldn’t help me because he had no information about it. Also, he refused to help us just because they were closing in a few minutes. The employees in this location need be trained better at customer service. I will not be renting from here ever again.

Paid over $830 for a rental car they didn’t even have. Reserved it over a month ago and they denied service because it was paid online with a debit card. They didn’t say anything during check out about payment needing to be a credit card otherwise I would have done so. They also refused to refund the money and we are now starting legal paperwork against them if they don’t refund within the week. BBB contacted and the fraud was reported to my bank against them. DO NOT RESERVE A CAR HERE!!! They will not have it available anyway but they will offer you a different vehicle that usually costs a lot less and will keep the full amount you paid for a more expensive car.

Busy location on Cobb Parkway, between Barrett and McCollum, but location is tiny, so the lot is a little tight. They wore masks, but I noticed they didn't require customers do same. (ud83eudd7a) Fortunately, DON was super fast, and got me out of there in a really clean car, in about 15 minutes.

Been a long time Gold member. This could be my last Hertz rental anywhere but never at this location. Returned immediately with car with bad tire warning lite. Been driving longer than knuckleheads working there gave been alive and they told me not to worry cold weather causes that. Meantime I had to stop and put air in tires 5 times cause of lite coming on. Wipers so bad that had to stop.driving in the rain. As for clean not even close and after employee climbed all through it with no mask it was even worse.nTo make matters even worse I asked to speak to manager but she was apparently to busy to speak with a Hertz customer of over 25 years. I guess Hertz will be fine without Kyle business.

Don at the Kennesaw HLE location was very nice! Great customer service skills. He informed me of ways I could protect myself as a driver. As a first time car renter, he insured my experience was a good one by communicating everything. Deserves a raise!
