The customer service here is beyond amazing!! I cant express enough how amazingly friendly the staff is, the customer service is impeccable, and the place is very well organized. This will definitely be the only place I rent cars from from this point on!! Great job lady and gentlemen!!
They always greet me pleasantly and have my vehicle ready. Upon return, they make it quick and easy with the checkout and deposit return. Nice, professional young men and women here. The future looks bright.
I wish that Enterprise didn’t treat loyal customers like they stole something. I’ve been renting from enterprise since 2013 and have to abide by crazy rules per region. This isn’t a reflection of this branch but enterprise should have a little more respect for there loyal, law abiding customers. Btw Bart is awesome and the branch manager is very serious about her job! And that’s a good thing. So this review isn’t really for the branch but enterprise itself.
My overall experience at this branch was great! Ms. Lisa and Bart representation of the branch is very professional!!! I really appreciate the awesome customer service and transparency when needed! If ever in southern ATL region again, I will be stopping by and seeing Ms. Lisa and Bart!!
My rental experience was very pleasant. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. I had reserved a vehicle which was waiting for me upon my arrival. I will definitely use Enterprise in the future!
