Amazing service!!! Nick is the best when it comes to renting a car. He was helpful and intelligent when answering my questions and concerns. Will be going here again if I need to rent a car.
I made my rental arrangements through Travelocity the day before I needed the car. On my confirmation it said your rental is assured no need to call. My son and I went to pick up the car and we were told, “Sorry we don’t have any more cars.” I showed the lady my confirmation, but she just said, “Sorry, but I’ll call other agencies near here”-actually called as far away as Seattle to the north and Olympia to the south to no avail. While all of this was going on two more customers, with confirmed reservations, got the bad news that their driving plans had changed. I was impressed with the cool shown in the face of a would be customer having hysterics. Meanwhile following the apparent Hertz tradition no where else had any cars or they would be closed by the time we could get there. We were about to leave when an unexpected returnee showed up and we got a car after all.
The VWJetta drove great good performance and fuel economy. I had a good time with it.
They didn't save a car for my reservation. Waited over an hour and then they offer me a gigantic SUV and charge me double the rental price ei was quoted. Will never rent from Hertz again. Also failed to explain the 14 dollar charge(twice the amount of toll) they gave me because of some pass on the car they did not explain to me.
Really hard to find what car you want. Cause there very limited on what they have on hand.
