Always great service and have never had an issue with a vehicle.nnThey also accept debit whereas Hertz requires a credit card.nnSome of us are smart and don't have a credit card.

The staff was very pleasant. Renting vehicle was easy. They do not take cash so take a credit card before renting.

Although the process of renting the car went quickly and smoothly. I was disappointed with the lack of knowledge or the lack of desire to share their knowledge, from the employees after asking 2 of them if I could make my final payment for an after hours return with a different card. Both parties said yes, of course you can. I called the following morning 7:35am ( 5 minutes after the business opened) and they tell me my ticket has been closed and they can not use a different payment. Now I am jumping through hoops trying to get someone make the adjustments. The most irritating thing about a company is to say they cant do something when we all know most times, with some effort, anything is possible. Currently waiting to hear from a regional manager.

I reserved a vehicle online for one price. Upon picking up the vehicle the company wanted to charge an additional $200.00 as a deposit. When traveling or in my case relocating, this presents problems when you have other charges and fees to account for on a credit card. Had I known or been made aware of the additional $200.00 fee, I would have used another company or made other arrangements. Now I am stuck in a hotel for 3 days with no transportation due to the labor day weekend. The folks at the location did not even attempt to resolve the problem, even though the young man I spoke to acknowledged that it is a common problem. Needless to say, Enterprise has lost my business permanently.

Great rental process. Very fast and efficient. Was in and out with my rental in less than 5 minutes.
