Sir Thomas and Jesse were very pleasant to work with. The van I booked was sold out. They have me a medium sized SUV for the same price and it was the best car I've rented. Car was very clean inside and out. Their pick up and drop off service took the worries away of finding someone to go with me. This was the best experience I've had renting a vehicle. I'm definitely renting from this location again.

They picked me up right on time. Were very pleasant to work with. FAST paperwork signing! Was on the road in no time!nDecided ro extend our rental car. No problems at all. Took care of it in minutes. Great experience!
I rented a 2020 mini cooper. It was different and I liked it so much that I extended it. I called each time to extend and was thinking Enterprise going to be annoyed by me but Thomas helped me out every time. I had a really good experience with the car. Evan and team at the federal way enterprise rent-a-car were life savers for us today! We had reservations with another car rental place who cancelled last minute. Evan and his team not only were able to help us, they got us a car four hours earlier than anticipated so we didn't have to wait. Their team was so kind to us and really showed us incredible hospitality. We can't thank you enough for helping us make a tough situation better.
