Horrible customer service I experienced at the sea tac airport. I got my rental through a third party which linked to Avis once I got there , lady was rude and short , swindled me into upgrading without saying it would cost more then said she couldn’t take it back and to go some where else and ignored me . I was so upset , was going on a family trip with the kids

Rent through Costco for a great deal go to the travel section on their site

On the 10th September 2018 after calling Avis Customer Support I visited this Federal Way branch (as it was the nearest) to resolve a problem created by the Seatac Branch.nThe two staff could not have been more helpful in dealing with my problem. The young lady (I cannot recall her name) in particular showed extraordinary diligence and professionalism in dealing with a complex issue and bringing it to a satisfactory conclusion.nWithout doubt her positive attitude and action prevented our holiday from being badly affected.nI hope her manager gets to see this.. Thank you again from the UK !

Made a reservation at 2pm for a truck rental on the next day. Received an email confirmation of my reservation. Drove to the location to pickup the truck, was told there were actually no trucks available. Wasted my day off and my plans to move because they failed to actually hold a reservation or tell me in advance. And the clerk showed no concern for my situation. Thanks, Budget. The name says it all.

If i could give negative stars I would!!! Do not give these people your credit card information, I repeat DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUT CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AFTER THEY HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR HOLDING FEE AND ACCOUNT! THEY ARE SO SLOPPY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PURPOSELY WON'T ANDWER THE PHONE!!! THEY QUOTED ME 80-90$ AND TOOK OUT 270$ AND MY HOLDING FEE!!nnTHE OWNER IS greedy and will want to charge you for crumbs.nDONT do it!!!
