Shekia & staff could not possibly have been nicer nor more accommodating and that is saying a LOT for what I accidentally put them through! ud83dude02 Their prices were fair and the car was prefect for my needs.nI will definitely recommend this Enterprise office and will be using them again!

Don't trust Enterprise's reservations.nnThe entire Enterprise reservation system is broken, and frankly should be embarrassing to them. The on-line portal will let you reserve vehicles, that the lots don't actually have.nUnless you call and verify, you have absolutely No way of knowing that your vehicle won't be available until you show up.nnThis is a Shameful, and dishonest way to do business.nnI sent an email directly to Enterprise with this concern, and was told a regional manager would reply. Zero replies. It's because all their people know they do this. Just like airlines who over-sell seats.nnDon't trust Enterprise's reservations. Call the local lot to confirm. After years of decent service, I'm forced to move on to other providers who are, at a bare minimum, honest with their customers.

This location is understaffed they don't answer their phones ... typically one person in the office a young girl who clearly is overwhelmed and undertrained if I could give this location a zero-star I would.... I booked a reservation online when I went to location clearly there was an error possibly made on my part the point being the young lady was unwilling or unable to accommodate and make adjustment to the situation due in part she was by herself and there was at least five other customers waiting for assistance doing the coronavirus situation they need to have more trained skilled staff in their locations particularly Auburn south location

the worst costumer service i have ever received. i booked a truck and they didn’t even bother telling me that they don’t have it there and instead of taking the responsibility they said call other locations to see if they have it. i’ve rented from here couple times and each time it was horrible costumer service. will never go through enterprise ever again.

Shekia deserves 5 Stars for going above and beyond for me! This is a great location, with an outstanding, helpful and friendly representative.
