I'm super calm and patient but I'm sorry this has to be ABSOLUTELY THE WORST RENTAL CAR PLACE THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! HOW IS THIS LOCATION EVEN STILL AROUND?! ALL THEY DO IS GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND TO THEIR PROBLEMS AT THAT FACILITY. THEY ARE THE WORST AT HELPING THEIR CUSTOMERS. HOW CAN YOU HAVE A CAR SITTING AROUND WITHOUT BEING DETAILED? THEY NEVER CALL AROUND FOR AVAILABLE CARS. THESE WORKERS ARE LITERALLY STEALING MONEY WITH HOW BAD THEIR SERVICE IS. PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!

I’ve never been so disappointed in a stores performance. Knowing the business & the season i made my reservation for 330pm - giving them AMPLE time to find my car. I called when i touched down at MIA and said my cab is en route I’ll be there shortly. They told me my car wasn’t available. Arrived, waited 30 minutes with no customer service interaction, no guidance. Just a woman whispering secrets behind the wall to figure out how to get me into the next avail car. They wouldn’t talk to me directly. I even said i would take whatever is available i don’t care the size, we have obligations which we’ve paid for and have to be on time. They then had to drive me to a nearby airport location, the girl who drove us was clearly new. She couldn’t find the car. Then she gave us the wrong car - which was left without being cleaned, sanitized, or cleared of the previous renters personal information. My spouse is pregnant - easily exposed to COVID 19!!!! The delays cost me my security deposit on a photo session which was booked weeks in advance. We were here to get pregnancy announcement pics taken on the beach for our families, and to get engaged with a pro to take video and photo. We lost time, sunlight, and photos we wanted because we couldn’t get there when we were supposed to. So, to sum it up....nn1. Covid exposure with a 1st trimester pregnancyn2. Lost time, money, & photos for life changing events...due to store failure to performn3. Personal information from previous renter at my finger tips. Left behind in the car that was uncleaned and never sanitized. So now i can go home and access this mans rental agreement and call him to chit chat or go to his house and say hello. I can also use his license number for god knows what.nnGood thing i had a pack of commercial grade disinfectant wipes in my bag to wipe down the entire interior of the car myself before anything else. I showed the employee and her simple fix was to jot down a quick note on the contract about it.nnDisgraceful. Disgusting. Embarrassing. I’ll be requesting a full refund. Maybe they can recreate my fiancé’s dream proposal that they ruined ud83dude42

Dealing with Enterprise and this location in particular stands out as the absolute WORST customer service experience I have had in my entire life. I submitted an online complaint and called customer service and was told by several persons that I would receive a call to discuss and almost a month later, this has not happened. Reading the other reviews, I can see that I am not the only one that has experienced the disgustingly lazy and rude personnel that work here. Enterprise- do yourself a favor and hire new staff here and train them.

I must have arrived during the lazy shift because the two male employees inside were chilling at their desks doing nothing. Since the door was locked, I had to wait outside because COVID. I knocked on the glass for their attention and one employee held up his hand as in 5 minutes. However, nobody came out. I had time to walk a block over, grab some chipotle, and return; and they still did nothing. The only employee working was a woman who was already helping another customer. I'm a patient person, but if you're not even trying to do your job...then obviously you don't need it and they should get fired.

Awful . 2 different enterprise offices booked us a vehicle and an hour before pick up told us they didn't have a vehicle. Not only when we went to the other one they refused to let us use the restroom after a 4 hour trip in a uhaul. I would give no stars if possible!!!!!!!!! How do they even stay open!!!!!
