Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Our Agent Alex Mayana was helpful and respectful when my husband wasn’t satisfied with the tires on the vehicle that was ready for us. Alex spoke with the manager to get our car upgraded. We were very impressed with the customer service!

I had a good experience. The problem I had was the website said they had customer pick up. When I called they said they weren’t doin it at this time which is understandable due to what going on but it shouldn’t be on the web page. I will rent from again. The car I rented was great and clean. Definitely next time I’ll need to upgrade to something bigger though Because I had a hard time fitting in it.... over all great experience

Office staff made everything easy. Forgot my $200 earbuds in vehicle and got call and email from their office. Integrity! Someone could’ve pocketed these but they didn’t. Good job ERAC !

Experience was overall pretty great. The car we picked up was not the cleanest. But other than that everything else spot on.
