Evelyn Taylor who is over the 1st time buyers car program is an amazing woman to work with. She went above and beyond to help us. She asked what we we’re comfortable with paying a month so we got a $5k loan with $175 a month payments. We had no vehicle and no one who could take us around car shopping so Evelyn hooked us up with a dealer friend of hers who came and got us and took us to his dealership. Tho I kinda wished we could’ve looked around a lil bit more we ended up buying a 2008 Pontiac G6 4 door. Evelyn made sure the $4800 deal included all dealers fees and tax so we walked out without paying a dime. We paid it off in 2yrs, we’ve had no issues at all with it other than the starter recently went out, we’ve replaced breaks and just put 2 new tires on because the tires it had were brand new pretty much. It has 1 owner previously and it was well kept.nNow before covid put a hold on everything we have actually signed up for a home loan thru Ppls inc and it’s still on hold even tho we got approved for either a $100k home loan with $500 a month payments of $90k at $400 a month. They work with you, the have extras programs that help pay $2k on any debt collections you may owe that effects your credit & the home loan includes a hired realtor of your choice to help you find a stick built home which appreciates in value where as doublewides(which is what I really want) depreciates in value with time.
