Why did Avis at Tweed airport give me a vehicle that has the oil change notice beep every time I start the car and old wipers. I could barely see. It rained from Jersey to Virginia. The wipers were almost useless. No manual. I sat at the beach to figure out the basic operations before getting on the highway for a 7 hour trip. It took internet research to open the gas lid. ud83eudd2c

I go to the Avis car rental on Midlothian to get all of the rentals for myself and my business. The staff is always friendly. The cars and trucks are always cleaned thoroughly and I've always been treated with the utmost respect while being there. Through the years I've dealt with several different rental car places for various reasons and none of them measure up to the service I've gotten here. If you need to rent a car or truck this budget is the place to go to.

I would not give 1 star if I didn't have to in order to write a review. I ordered a Ford feista for $35 one night. My friend was picking it up and I had her on the reservations as the driver of the car. When she got there, they said they didn't have the car and she would have to get a $90 SUV. I called them and the first person transferred me to the owner. She said she did not have that car available so she would have to pay $50 more for the SUV. I told her no that they should have told us and they needed to give her the suv at the price we reserved for. She said no she wasn't going to do it. Do not rent from them!!!!!!! Even the owner didn't care.

My grandparents been down in Richmond to retired for 7 years I rent Avis all the time n the city NYC great service easy but here it's the worst I ever experienced .. this isn't a corporate store they do not go by corporate policy every time I rent in someone wearing regular clothes not informed or knowledgeable about the cars options of services it's always an issue Tracy Clarke my wizard cyz637 using Avis for over 5 years this store needs to be closed down it's like a I'mcoming to someone home and I am not welcomed but I still rent at times because my grandparents r old and I need it with covid there was no extra precautionaires either it's just sad I well 10000 with Avis thru the years 91434422830 if u need more info or if u even care
