I Went to pick up a Vehicle reserved Online and when I arrived after waiting 10mins at the desk FINALLY the lady asked me did I make a reservation and my name then told me she tried to call me to tell me no car was available!!! REALLY!! People are not always near or by the phone the professional thing to do would have been to leave a voicemail so time was not even wasted. POOR SERVICE!! This was for business thank god i do have a vehicle!! Some people would have been out back all together!! 100% Do not recommend!! Ill stick to companies that update their websites accordingly!!!

This lady on counter was very rude. I came to the location to pick up my car. I just ask her is that keep available she throw my driver license on me and say have a good day I ask what did I say wrong I just ask a question she say don’t let me ban you from store for no reason. She was very rude unprofessional workernThen telling me if u paying $150 for a keep car I will give u I never see that rude person. In my life make sure you guys stay away from this location she is crazy. She is in another level .... I will not recommend this place to no one go to other location or other rental place. She is worst lady I every see .....

Worst experience. I rented a car and truck from here. They both reeked of cigarette smoke when I got it and the truck had a nail in the tire. The woman was incredibly rude multiple times to me and her other customers. When I had tried to call them, she put me on hold so quickly without warning that i thought the call had dropped. I tried to call again, where she answered screaming into the phone telling me to hold. I was charged for fees twice. There are other workers that act like they do not see the customers and just hide in their office talking and laughing on their phones. I’d rather had paid slightly more for a uhaul than to deal with this establishment.

Car smelled like heavy smoke “WEED” and location is extremely sub-par. Service was very nice though!

A standout amongst local car rental agencies. They seem to always have a variety of vehicles available, there customer service is superb, and the professionalism I've witnessed is second to none! Definitely my new 1st stop when I need a rental!
