The cars are disinfected as a standard before use. The agents are quick from arrival to departure. The cleaning and turnaround attendant does great work prepn the vehicles. This is my best location. Downtown Richmond!!!

Make sure you have a backup plan. I made a reservation online several days in advance, then made a phone call to confirm it, and then was informed 2 hours before i was supposed to pick up the car that there were no available vehicles. My reservation was transferred to another location which also apparently had no vehicles. I was told they would give me a call when something came available, but was never contacted.

Way better than the airport location. Staff is helpful. The deposit is less here than at the airport location. 200$. But because it is so popular car are rented out very quickly.

We had a rude lady that helped us and she wasn’t help at all. We had to sit in the waiting room for over two hours trying to get everything straightened out. I don’t have a credit card and I felt like I was being punished for it. My debit card had the visa logo on it. My husband’s company had to rent the car for me. They Sure took my debit card for the deposit without a problem. My husband had to stop what he was doing at work and walk to the enterprise next to his work and get that store to help us.

I wish I could give no stars. The car I rented had roaches in it. I almost ran off the road killing one. The three roaches I killed I left right in the vehicle for them to see. They still didn't refund all of my money. Very disgusting, disturbing, disappointing, unsafe, and unhealthy.
