If it was possible to give a negative star review this place would of had it. I prepaid for car and when I go to pick it up the rude lady behind counter tells me they have no cars to rent. I ask her about how to get a refund since i already paid and the only help she can give is to call someone else. Offering no help at all looking at me like i messed up not them. Avis is a good company but this location is terrible. If u expect to actually leave with a rental dont come here

4 day rental ; day 2 vehicle was disabled a nb d towed had to go to the airport for another vehicle at 1 am.was never offered an upgrade for this inconvenience. Scary cuz i was traveling with my autistic 12 year old son..

After searching for a rental to return back home, I finally got a rental from this location. They were very informative as to the deposit and vfc rental fees. In fact the man I first spoke to when I went there to confirm my rental mentioned to me the Ezpass one time charge without any toll additional charges. When I went to pick up the car, the young lady that helped me out did a excellent job on explaining everything to me. I will definitely recommend and I'll definitely be back. Everyone is so nice to me and always nice cars in stock with affordable prices. Staff is great too. Will return. Just wish they had newer equipment to speed up the process.
