The place open at 8:00 am and the person came early and take care of my appointment right away. That's a great service.
Rashad was helpful and very courteous after getting no where with the Corp line yesterday. Have reservation for my daughter tomorrow and feel confident that the rental will go smoothly. Rashad May need to train the corporate person on helpful and courteous customer service. Update - Rashad failed to mention a couple of requirements and she was unable to rent. Fortunately a friend rented the vehicle for her instead.
Did an online reservation, went and they couldn't find it. Thankfully they guy at the counter worked around everything for us but returning it was the nightmare. I told him I would possibly be returning a day sooner(Saturday instead of Sunday), he said to leave a note with the keys. I did and even took a pic of me holding the keys returning them. Come Monday I had an additional late fee charge of $152 which threw my acct in the negative. They told me it was system generated and I would get the money back. However, this didnt help the wk i had to wait for my $200 deposit and the $152. On top of that I had to call corporate bc the guy checking in the rental Monday said he threw my note in the trash and didnt even read it so I waited an additional month just to get that extra day back. Not a great experience!
Should’ve went to the N military location. Had to pay so much extra out of pocket and come to Norfolk for no reason(extra tolls) because of my reservation not being set correctly.
The young man Rashad was very helpful and knowledgeable.
