This is our favorite location! They are fast, friendly and always seem to have the care we need. Chris and Anthony are saved us Saturday morning when we needed a car fast : ) They made it happen and our family made it just in time to see the rocket launch at Wallops Island/NASA. They made the difference between us having a good vacation and a GREAT one : )

The Enterprise location I prefer to use is tiny but the staff has consistently met my needs. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We use their service for professional AND personal use. They do a great job!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Called last week about pickup, specifically asked if they could pick up ON BASE, they said yes no problem. Had to walk 1.5 miles to the gate to meet them because they 1. Got lost 2. Couldn’t come on base. Got to office to get my rental and both agents inside haggled me and gave me a hard time for not purchasing their insurance when my own insurance covers rentals fully, even went as much to say “she must have tons of money to afford the co pay for her insurance when she wrecks the car”, which was very rude. Then continued to talk about it to the manager and kept bringing it up, like even when signing paperwork. Horrible customer service, as someone that has worked customer service for YEARS this was the worst I’ve seen, and I will never rent from this office again or suggest it to anyone. WORK ON YOUR EMPLOYEES CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I rented a Toyota Rav4 for a week from the 912 W. Little Creek Road Norfolk, VA establishment. Went to pick the car up and was surprised to learn I was upgraded to a Mercedes SUV. It was a great ride, gas efficient and cost me nothing extra. The gentleman who processed the rental when I arrived was very polite and got me in my rental quickly. Will be renting from them again.
