Showed up at 1:20 for my 1:00 reservation. Stood around for 15 minutes before anyone said anything to me. First, they helped someone that came in after me. Once they started helping me, they walked out in the middle of our interaction to take care of something else, without saying anything to me. After the guy finally told me he had a car ready for me and got me checked out, I found out it’ll be an additional 15-20 minutes while they clean the car. It’s now 1:45 pm and I don’t have my vehicle. To top it off, this place is a mess. Don’t bother. Disappointed.

My experience with this hertz was terrible. I rented a vehicle to travel home for thanksgiving only to find that the vehicle was infested with roaches hidden in the dashboard. I made two attempts to call roadside assistance in which the first one I was put on a hour hold then disconnected. The second call I was told that there were not any vehicles available in my location due to it being a holiday weekend. Due to not being able to drive the vehicle during my trip I requested a refund upon returning the vehicle showing video evidence. I was not given any compensation at all. I would recommend that you do not use any hertz locations.

Excellent service above all other service I have ever received at a rental company. I can tell these guys Andrew and Joesph have a hard job, but THEY ALWAYS DO WHAT THEY CAN to make the customer happy. THANK YOU HERTZ!

Andrew and Joesph are a great team they are friendly and truly brightened up my day after my car accident and dealing with all the headache involved with it. Super nice super quick and explained everything clearly, even though it was just the 2 of them they had lots of customers and the phone kept ringing. THANK YOU HERTZ!
