Called and asked about renting a car, this was the only place that was open in the area and they said that they had a car available by around 7:30 pm because they were doing maintenance on it and to call back by 6:45 to check on it. Called at 6:45 numerous times and never got an answer. Dont waste your time with these people it's the same scenario as one of the other people who wrote a review
Called at 830am needing a car for the week.nLady on the phone said the price and told me to come up at 11am because they're doing maintenance.nWhen I get there, the door is locked.nI called her back no answer, called again she asked if I had an appointment.nI told her I called this morning about needing a car for the week.nShe said she couldn't help me without an appointment and said they're still doing maintenance.n0 stars, would not recommend.
Best experience I ever had renting a car! Their customer service and vehicles are top notch. I cant wait for the next time I'm able to get behind the wheel of one of their cars. THANKS!! I'm now a customer for life.
Rented a nice car for the weekend. Needed it last minute and they came through. No hassle, easy to deal with. Will rent from them again.
