Quest a car is under investigation by Virginia attorney general's office, Consumer Protection Agency and the BBB for continuing to abuse and steal deposits from customers. This company SHOULD AND WILL BE SHUT DOWN!!! Dangerous, unreliable OLD vehicles for TOP dollar during a pandemic is gouging the public for there own gain. Which is criminal. I am a professional man, a local Google guide, a Amazon contractor and a youth minister. Quest a car had me FALSELY CHARGED WITH STEALING a rental car after I was two hours late returning the car. Had Hampton police Sgt. Bentley arrest me. They stole my deposits and I AM SUING THEM!!! WARNING: DO NOT USE QUEST A CAR....
when i called they were sold out, the girl put my name on a list and kept her promise i wold be the first one to get a car when one came in.
i was told by one of my friends that the company is for everyone. im under 25 and everyone else charges a fee. but that be too much with the cost of the car and the deposit being high. they don't charge a under 25 fee and don't ask for all the other stuff. ill be back for sure

Quest was a life saver! we had to put our car in the shop and didn't have a major credit card to rent at other places. They really looked out for us
