The young man I rented a car from was very nice and respectful. They need more help though. Only one man working with a bunch of people waiting. He did a great job!nReturning the car was easy and the man was very nice.nYOU HAVE TO RETURN CAR RENTALS IN PERSON!!!!!!!nNO DROP OFF!nI will definitely be returning!!

The guys who work there are awesome and very pleasant. In spite of COVID making life difficult for them, I got exceptional service even though I got my car at 11 but booked it for 10. I know they did the best they could under the circumstances. I will most definitely be back regularly! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the vehicle itself was not as I expected and although it was excellent on gas it wasn't comfortable at all.

Had a reservation. Only 1 person working only 1 person allowed in at a time. Had 1 person ahead of me and 1 person being helped. Nobody ever moved. After 20 mins i poked my head in and automatically (DJ so he said his name was later) was rudely told i couldn't be inside. Said i had a quick question about my reservation which time had passed. Was told to go outside and wait my place in line. Had just dropped off a car at enterprise. Went right back and drove away in minutes $10 extra GO TO ENTERPRISE. Enterprise has great customer service!

Actually chose Avis in a bind because Enterprise car rental switched up on me the day of my rental pick-up. Avis had great customer service they were able to put me into a really nice SUV, a 2021 Ford Explorer I will continue to do business with them from now and into the future.

Here to pick up a car was told I had to stand out in the rain and cold because 1 person was inside no seats out there I am 70 get a grip it is 15 feet to the counter plenty of room for 5 customers. That is just ridiculous. Will go else ware from now on.
