Just weeks after a disastrous rental experience with a different company in Colorado, my Enterprise rental had a slow-leaking flat tire and needed a swap. Tyler at this location helped me through the situation and made the swap easy and painless. Great customer service. This is why I prefer to use Enterprise over other competitors
Horrible with giving back deposit money. Thru claimed they gave me my deposit all I got back was $53.97.
The Enterprise Rent-A-Car I showed up to was out of vehicles to rent, which I thought was going to be an issue. The young lady manning the desk made a few calls and sent a few texts and within 10 minutes I was driven to another Enterprise Rent-A-Car where they had one of two vehicles left. They already had the paperwork done and met me in the parking lot to sign for the rental. Great service and great rental for the week.
I really enjoyed the rental car. The staff at 1004 mercury blvd in Hampton, Virginia was very friendly, courteous. The office was very busy. Not able to get through on the phone. Didn’t appreciate Tyler and the phone call.
