I called Ms. Wilson ahead of time to request the type of car I wanted to rent. She gave me the impression that it would not be a problem.Since I had a Toyota Camry at the shop being repaired. I requested a sedan. I gave her my arrival time of 11AM. When I arrived, Ms. Wilson informed me that she didn't have any sedans that I requested. I ended up with a 2018 Toyota Corolla. I wish she could have let me know on the phone that she was out of sedans. I would have gone to another location. The car was not washed. However, the carpets were clean. I hope my next experience with Enterprise will be better next time. I always give second chances. Anyone can have a bad day.nnRudolph Wilson

I have been driving with Enterprise for over 14 years. I've been able to count on them during some ruff times. They are professional, kind, caring and they picked me up if I needed a ride to them and took me back home when I returned the car.nI have always encouraged family and friends to rent from them. Very friendly. Very professional. Upfront about everything. Cars super clean. Enterprise is the only place I rent from. The driver that picks up and deliver you is amazing and a sweet heart..Mr. Larry.

It wasn't and to take a person throughout the whole process of renting a car and we give you all the information that's required and then say you need a credit card with a chip.... If you have a valid credit card from what was first said then it shouldn't be a problem and look up your company policy before trying to make it seem like your making rental deal....nThat's all I have to say about that.nnI think you reading it wrong....at the beginning saying it wasn't states a treatment we didn't get from you guys meaning that I have experienced what I post but saying not from you guys..

I have been renting every weekend almost since the pandemic. It has been several times when I received the vehicle it smelled of smoke. I do not smoke and I get headaches from the smell. My last rental....once again the vehicle smelt of smoke. The guy sprayed some stuff which tried to overpower the smell and it worked temporarily, but by Sunday the vehicle was back to smelling full blown smokey. There is clearly a No smoking sign in every vehicle that I have rented. It is not hard to tell when a vehicle is returned. When you are capturing the mileage and the gas by getting inside of the vehicle to determine that someone has been smoking. If customers start getting physically charged for breaking the rules, I don't think you would have such a big issue with it. The problem is the rental is returned the person that checks the rental in just dismisses the fact that it smells of smoke and then there that rental gets turned in to the next person that doesn't smoke like me and then there are complications. I have always chosen enterprise as the company to rent from, but I am seriously considering going with another company if this continues.
