alright, i did a reservation for a small car like 10 days ago for yesturday at 12 pm, the lady in charge called me at 11 pm to tell me that there is no car available then when i was triying to figure out what's going on she hang up the phone on me....ndear HERTZ, if i reserved a car for a specific time and day it means that this reservation was important to me, i mean many important things were depending on the trip that i was supposed to do, but i think that you guys dont really care about this kind of concerns.ni suggest that you simply close your location in Mercury blvd, it harms more than it helps and if i have an advice to give you guys who wants to rent a car, just go and look for another company. The first woman I dealt with when I first rented was awesome she was a little older and very sweet. After dropping off today a younger blonde was in there. She was very rude and charged my card immediately without my authorization. I originally was settling a dispute with my insurance and she proceeded to tell me that my insurance authorized the card which is untrue. Highly recommend not renting here.....

My experience with Hertz was nothing more than amazing. The staff was very helpful and polite. Excellent customer service. My vehicle was exactly what I needed , very clean and nice inside and ready upon arrival!!!

It’s been two weeks. They have charged my card out of nowhere for days I didn’t even have it, TWICE and nobody picks up the phone or opens the door at store.. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
