I booked my reservation online and provided the necessary data to expedite the check in process. When I arrived, I was told that they were sold out of vehicles and that I would have to go to another branch. When I inquired about how they could be sold out while still making reservation, they stated that their manager usually overbooks which results in this situation happening a lot. Definitely avoid this location if possible!!
Great location, As soon as I walked in was greeted by a nice young man named Louis he was very friendly. Everything went pretty fast. Excellent customer service! I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future. Thanks Enterprise ud83dude42
Made my reservation the day before. Came into an office of friendly staff observing COVID guidelines. Car was ready, clean, and full of gas ! We did a walk around the vehicle and that was it. I am a satisfied customer this is my 4th time renting too. Thank you all for such speedy service. Keep up the good work.
I have used this Enterprise location for many many years. Clean at all times and convenient..nThe manager was polite, knowledgeable andnkind.
