Over all ga good rental, wait time was just a few minutes car was ok, needed the interior windshield cleaned better hard to see during sun rise and in evening.
People were great but car smelled smokey and when I returned car attendant brought it up before I told him when he checked mileage. WAS NOT GOOD EXPERIENCE.
The service of Enterprise during my recent insurance rental was top notch. Having the car brought to the body shop just as I was dropping off and getting to leave the rental at the body shop on return made the rental quite easy. COVID related safety measures at the pickup were also clearly abundant. Unfortunately, the vehicle was quite basic, even more so than my Toyota Corolla which was being repaired. The windshield was quite streaky which became quite noticeable when driving home in the afternoon sun.
Great customer service. They called ahead of time to confirm my reservation and provided great and efficient customer service!
Friendly and professional staff. Checked in from home and a drop box is available for after hours returns. Plenty of parking available if you want to leave your car there while you have the rental.
