1. Have people working at the locations who speak English.n2.Answer the phone. Called several times to reserve a specific vehicle at the location. No one answered. When I arrived and was waiting in line the phone rang off the hook no one answered.nnThese people suck. Enterprise is a better company than this.
This would have been a 5 star review. I rented an SUV at Enterprise facility in Fairbanks AK and had a great experience. But right before that I tried to rent car at SeaTac facility in Seattle facility and was treated like an annoying inconvenience. Wasn't even able to rent a car as I was told that my reservation is due to an error in the reservation system ! This review score is an average of these two experiences: (0 + 5)/2
Friendly and quick service at the desk. Car was in excellent condition. Easy return. I enjoyed the experience.
Very friendly staff. Quick to respond and correct issues. Very happy. And a good value.
