This company is well managed. The rides are prompt. The drivers are friendly, yet professional. My brother is in a wheelchair and the van drivers are always courteous and conscientious to his needs. The dispatcher really runs a tight schedule and respects the client's need for a timely arrival. We have used other companies, but they cannot begin to rival the level of service that we get with Easy Access. Thanks to all the drivers at Easy Access for always making sure that we are comfortable and arrive safely and ON TIME.
Driver in Ford van #155 was texting for significant amount of time on 405. Couldn’t stay in lane
Not a good experience with this company, both drivers were unfriendly and were almost an hour late for the return trip which left my parents exhausted and unhappy.
