Great customer service and car selection. They sent me an email a day ahead to ask what type of vehicle I hope to drive. Compared to other companies, National/Enterprise always has the cleanest car and great customer care. During this very special period, I appreciate they are open and running as good as usual. Easy pick up and drop-off. No problems at all during our 3000 mile road trip! Amazing price for renting a van for 12 days. Would definitely rent from National again.
Rented a car at the Bellevue Office and COVID lockdown occurred during this rental. Stay home order was in effect and the Location was closed. Even the Seattle location was closed. Now they re-open on June 1st and charged me for the duration that they’re closed and on lockdown. Madness!! I’ve been a loyal rental for 7yrs running and over the last 6yrs, YES, 6yrs I’ve rented EVERY SINGLE DAY of the year. Talk about disgrace. Hope they know that they’re not the only car rental company in the world! Others, you’re warned, National Car Rental in Seattle or Bellevue are not worth it.
Great service and employees but they did not have a big variety of compact cars or an emerald line up at that location.
