Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great service and clean car. The person at the desk was very polite, showed us the car, asked us if wanted to explore the features and needed any help. Would highly recommend. Reason for 1 less star is because the audio system control on steering wheels weren't working. Should have checked it at the rental place. Not a big deal though.

Audi of Bellevue was out of Audi loaners, so I agreed to an Audi-subsidized rental at this Enterprise location while routine service was performed on my vehicle. The Enterprise representative was affable, which was the primary redeeming feature of my experience.nnThough the vehicle's interior was in clean and well-kept, the vehicle's exterior was painfully dilapidated and looked like someone had taken a baseball bat to it in several places. Multiple golfball-sized dents and dings marred the sides, there was a noticeable crack in the front bumper, and the rear bumper looked like a cat's scratching post. The sides had been keyed up pretty badly, too. Though I didn't mention it, I felt that some of the damage to the bumpers might be hiding faults that could compromise the safety and integrity of the vehicle.nnI frequently rent vehicles as I travel a lot, and I tend to not be very picky about them. This was the only time I've felt uncomfortable with a vehicle. I can say, without a doubt, that this vehicle was easily the most abused rental I've ever had. I do not consider it to be becomming of a rental company to rent out such a vehicle. It would be unfair to completely fault Enterprise for the situation. As I mentioned, Audi of Bellevue subjected me to this indignation by not maintaining an adequate loaner fleet. I kept that in mind while writing to remain as objective as possible, checking my expectation of a new, $50k+ Audi loaner.nnBecause of the state of the vehicle, I took videos on both receipt and return to make sure I wasn't erroneously charged for damage I didn't cause. There was so much damage that the easiest way to capture everything was to slowly work my way around the vehicle with the phone on video mode - taking pictures would have been too slow and incomplete. Thankfully, this ended up being a non-issue.

The staff was very helpful and I had great experience in dealing with them. The car was clean and sanitized and overall a great experience

I rent here a few times a month since I’m uncertain about purchasing a vehicle during Covid; the crew treats me like family. I’m in & out in less than 5 minutes. -Mia
