Would not recommend buying their gift cards and they should consider changing their policy to allow gift cards to be used for walk-ins. Think twice before buying a gift card as a gift, your recipient will have a hard time cashing it in.nnTo use one of their gift cards you have to schedule at least two weeks out. Nobody can predict weather in Seattle more than 3 days let alone two weeks.nnOtherwise fun experience.

For sure the best exotic car rental place in the PNW there is Zadart.nThis June my boyfriend and I rented the 2020 g63 amg from Casey at Zadart for a weekend over 500 mile adventure!nIt was really a dream come true, the experience at Zadart is truly fantastic and Casey showed us every detail about how to operate the car! The car looked, smelled and performed like just off the dealership floor!nPrice was really affordable, with unlimited miles you could really experience the full potential of those amazing supercars!nWe will definitely come back around Christmas to try out some other cars! Well done Zadart!

I wanted to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday and rent an exotic car for him to drive. It had to be rescheduled once due to a transmission issue, I had received the text message 4 hours before our rental time.nnThe night before we were supposed to rent on the rescheduled date we received the rental agreement. The agreement list “optional” insurance options to add onto your rental. They say they are optional but the wording in the contract insights fear that if you do not purchase the insurance then you will be liable for any scratch or anything on the car (can cost tens of thousands of dollars). This is not clearly presented on their website. If I had received that information prior to their one week cancellation policy, I would not have reserved a time since the additional insurance doubled my original investment.nnWhen I brought that to their attention, their attitude towards me changed and was very defensive. I am disappointed in the customer service I received and the way the informed was presented to me.nnThey have refused to give me my full refund back. I am very unhappy

For a top flight exotic car rental experience in the Pacific Northwest there is Zadart - and there is everyone else. Simply put, wow!nnThis July my fiancé and I rented a white Audi R8 V10 from Eric at Zadart for a one week 2,000 mile adventure that took us all over the Pacific Northwest and the Northern Rockies including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming with highlights including Yellowstone, Glacier and Grand Tetons National Parks as well as Haystack Rock on the Oregon coast, Jackson Hole, Big Sky Montana, Whitefish Montana, Seattle, Portland, Bend and Spokane.nnAt all times the R8 performed flawlessly. Moreover, our delivery experience with the company was fantastic and they showed us every detail about how to operate the car. The car was delivered to us with fresh tires having come straight from a service and it was presented to us in essentially new condition. All mechanical systems worked well and the car looked, smelled and performed like it was fresh off the dealership floor.nnPrice was reasonable and customer service was exemplary. Eric was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have dealt with many exotic car rental companies all over the country and in Europe and this was the best. I would not hesitate to rent from them again. Well done Eric and Zadart!

Rented the Huracan as a surprise for my friends. Had a bit of a scare at the beginning because there was some confusion about my friend's car insurance, but Eric was very patient and willing to help us sort it out. Even gave them a bit of extra time to drive to make up for the time spent on paperwork and insurance. Ended up being a great experience, and my friends had a great time.nnJust a friendly reminder that you need to make sure your insurance is from a well known and reputable company, otherwise they may refuse to let you drive the car.
