Made reservation for a specific vehicle and at the moment of arrival was told that vehicle was not available. Offered smaller and bigger options but 3 times more expensive than my original reservation. Called customer service to see what other options they could provide and went into deaf ears. Thanks to SIXT Car rental my vacations weren't ruined.
Arrived at the Enterprise store (11839 Ne 8th St, Bellevue) late morning and was told the mini-van I reserved via Expedia was no longer available, but loaned to a local dealership. I was busy moving earlier in the day and arrived the store late (about 90 mins). I thought Enterprise would hold the car for me per my reservation, or at least called me. I did not get any phone calls from the store. I was given a choice to upgrade to an SUV (Cadillac Escalade) for $50 more - which I did at the end since I needed a car for my move. I asked whether they could honor my previous reserved rate (I just needed the car for a few hours), and the manager said no. What a terrible experience. I have been an Enterprise customer for many years (at other locations). Will never go to this location again.
The Team at Enterprise on NE 8th were incredible and everything was so easy and smooth throughout our entire service. Their customer service was amazing and they were so responsive and kind on the phone. Use this office and Enterprise! Great company and great people!
Excellent and consistent service! After about 5 months of weekend rentals, I can attest to the high level of service and friendly staff at this location. Anthony, the manager, runs this place like a charm. This should be your place to rent a vehicle hands down.
I booked a car with these people but when me and my family got there they didn’t have the car that I had reserve. They told me that they have giving it to someone else. How do you give somebody else a car that I already booked away. Did not even offer me a solution but try to give me a way more expensive car. Do not book with this company. If I could give them 0 stars I would they don’t deserve not even 1 star.
