I was a little bummed when I heard that the shipment of vehicles haven't arrived yet so I had to drive a 12 passenger van. But it all worked out. The lady was amazing, friendly, worked with me in any way she could. Customer service skills out the roof. That's why I love renting from you every time I need to. Thank you.

The gentleman at the Corvallis location was extremely helpful, polite and worked with us since he didn't have the vehicle we had requested. The car was clean, fuel was full and the building was also sanitized. We will be renting from this location more often. Been renting from Enterprise for years. This trip has changed my mind.

I have been renting from Avis for the last 2 years, and I'm always satisfied.. I travel to Az frequently and I was using other rental companies prior to Avis. After my first experience renting with Avis, I've been a loyal customer. I only rent through the Corvallis Avis, because of the service I receive there. Cheree and Brandon have been amazing! They always help me get the best deal and into a car that fits my needs. Their customer service is top notch! They are attentive, helpful and very transparent about the cost. I'm never surprised with a different price than what was quoted. When I need to extend the rental (which I do often), I have no issues! The cars and office are very clean. They have been very Covid compliant.

The customer service I get at this AVIS is the best! I have traveled across the United States and have rented from multiple agencies and it's nice knowing the rental agency in my own town is the best. The manager is outstanding and makes sure that everything is taken care of. I was in a jam this time and needed a rental and she was able to make it happen within minutes of calling her.
