Enterprise is always our first choice of a rental car company. The customer service is awesome. Whether we pick up our car at the airport or at an Enterprise office, someone always shows us around the car and asks if we have any questions. Many car companies just give us a car number and we’re on our own. And the best thing is that after a couple of days, someone calls me to ask how the car’s working for me & how I like it. The cars are always so well maintained but it’s the customers service that’s sold me!!

The Albany OR office has CARSON SMITH. When I rented a car recently, Carson took his time to explain the insurance options available to me. It was easy to follow the information I was inclined to agree and purchased the Collision option. Thank goodness I did. 20 minutes into my road trip (some 600+ miles) I was driving south on Interstate 5, when a blown re-tread tire flew up from underneath the car in front of me and took out the signal light on the driver's side, plus other dents.nI can tell you this, I have rented several cars over the years, have been told my options for coverage, BUT, it was the how Carson presented his knowledge of the options and information in his explanation to me, gave me enough details that I could understood each option.
