Budget Car Rental

January I rented a van from Helena drove to big sky the next morning I dropped it off. I have picture evidence of the bumper when I picked up it was damaged. When I dropped it off everything signed off we wer good the person said we are good to go everything checks off. Two months later get a letter in the mail I have to pay 781.71$ for glass damage. I didn’t cause any glass damage. In email asked for proof they couldn’t precise pictures and after a few phone calls and emails they just send you in circles. Today after on the phone with a supervisor for an hour they can prove they don’t have evidence and they said vehicle wasn’t damaged before when I have pictures saying they are with time and date stamp. So now dealing with bank with fraud and merchant disputes. They lady even said over the phone this is ridiculous. I will never recommend or use these people again every. All they do is steel money from people and waste your time. And when emailing documents they changed some of them from the first time they sent them out.nnIf you value good business and customer support use someone else these people are crooks and shouldn’t be allowed to do this. Never use these people unless you want headaches months later.

Very satisfied with this rental experience. From the counter to the car in a few minutes. Mazda 3 was a great car which suited our needs to perfection. I've had bad experiences with other rental car companies, but Budget always seems to deliver top notch service along with an excellent product.
