Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We rented a car for a week. For what ever reason the young lady at the desk offered us an extra day (that we did not ask for). We were told to bring the car back on Friday. On Thursday I was called and told the car was due. I explained what we were told at the time we picked up the vehicle. I was then told I was mistaken and never told that. There were 2 us present and we both heard bring the car back Friday. The lady (and I use the term losely) said we were never told what we both heard, basically calling us a liar. We won't be back!

They are located in Pahrump NV. Off of Hwy 160 about a mile w of last stop light 372 that is.nMay sure you talk with Addy or Donna these ladies are awesome. Addy can even get your phone set up in you're rental.nThe Toyota Camry was nice riding and great on ⛽.nOh yeah the GMC Terrain was cool to. My experience was not a good one. I called a few months in advance. Because of covid-19 I had to reschedule for a later time. The day of the my pickup I called to confirm and let them know I was coming to pick up the car. I called for an hour with no response. I finally decided to go there. No one was there. A man from another company had to call her. She showed up 20 minutes later. Unlike the other times I had rented from them she was not very friendly. Anyway I asked if that was the car she planned on renting me I needed an upgrade that was to small. (I never order a compact always a larger car)That was not happening because that was what I ordered and she had nothing else. She said I had to go with that one. She never tried to get a different one that I was willing to wait for. When she took me out to the car there was a hole in the front window. I told her I didn't want the car again. That was what she had and I had to take it. . When I got back to the place I was staying I called the company and explained my experience they called all over and no one had a replacement car so they said. They may be able to get something the next day. I was so upset with the company and keeping me on the phone for two hours sending me from one person to another and no satisfaction I didn't bother and kept a car that looked like a smart car and could barely get my luggage in let alone put more than two people in. Very uncomfortable to drive. I'm sorry you had to get this review because I always was satisfied with your service before.

The Pahrump location is the BEST! Amazing customer service. I had to haul a new washer and dryer, then employees here let me exchange cars easily when the first rental couldn’t get the job done. So grateful for their help.

July 5th 2019 upon my arrival at Enterprise I was asked by the manager Jherica to sit in the chair outside in 100 degree heat because the office was full. After sitting outside about 5 minutes I walked into the office one chair was empty and the other had a diaper bag in it, there were no employees inside the office and the child of the man inside the office locked the door which locked all customers and employees outside. Jherica is the worst manager this location has seen. She has no professionalism. Filing a complaint with their corporate HQ. Filed complaint against Jherica, now she refuses to rent to me, claims I cursed her out. I openly invite upper management to listen to all audio intereactions between myself and any Enterprise employee. I'm currently working with corporate to get her decision rescinded. Jherica bullies senior citizens. A friend rented a car from Enterprise on 8/7/19 to help me out since Jherica wouldn't rent to me. She harassed my 78 year old friend when she picked up and returned vehicle because she knew my friend was getting me to Vegas. This is pure retaliation because of the complaint I filed. Update 3/25/2021Enterprise you need managers who actually have a brain. Your current manager Addie is a dingbat to say the least. We reserved a vehicle on March 1st 2021 she waits until 20 minutes before our pickup on March 25th to tell us there are no rental cars. Unacceptable. Is the CEO of Enterprise aware of how poorly the Pahrump location is managed? Addie is fully aware that I have been renting a car every month since November 2020 for dental work in Las Vegas. I had to cancel my dentist appointment today because your manager is to stupid to let customers know 24 hours in advance there are no cars. I do not except Enterprise's excuse of spring break being the reason there are no cars. What's your excuse for your manager not notifying us 24 hours before scheduled pickup other than stupidity? Now you're interfering in my dental health.
