Excellent customer service. Fast and easy in and out. Not a big selection of cars though.
I’m not satisfied with there managers we reserved the car a week in advance and had to wait an hour in a half they never mentioned no deposit and I had to pay $300 which I only got back $194 and they are very rude
I found blood on the inside door of the vehicle I got, and a crack pipe in the back of it!!! Of course Enterprise has low level managers with NO authority to do anything give me the run around, and one actually VERY heavily implied that I am making it up even though I gave them the pictures I took!!! And that’s after the hassle of making a reservation a week in advance and having to wait for someone to return a vehicle 2 and a half hours after my reservation time. Save yourself the headache and don’t give them your money if you expect to get a safe/ clean vehicle from trained professionals. You won’t find any of that here.
I wanted to rent a vehicle for a week. I asked what it would take and researched. Had enough money to rent but they wanted to put 1000 dollar hold on a credit card. I have heard of a temporary hold but never have I been anywhere they hold 1000 dollars. The internet really needs to make that statement. I waisted a lot of time. I would also like to add calling people bud when your 20 something and my husband is twice your senior is very un professional.
Rented the 2019 Cadillac smooth ride excellent horsepower!
