The personnel were very polite and accommodated my need to follow me to Raton to return a UHaul truck. I appreciated this as I am not from this area and had no other option.
My family and I were stranded in Raton last Saturday. It was 4pm and our car broke down. We called Express Rental and Adam drove to our location, picked us up with all of our luggage, and drove us out to the airport to rent the last vehicle they had available. They even stayed open late so we could get back on the road. Extremely professional, patient, and friendly. Thank you for letting us continue our mini vacation!
My car broke down last Sunday as I was driving to Colo Spgs and limped into Raton. ERS luckily was open, they we’re friendly, had a car for me! Great service! Great communication, as I had to keep the car longer than expected...they found another car for the person that was taking mine on Thursday so I could keep till today. Wonderful experience!! Thanks!
